Arch of Mind Exercise #1

and when I’m talking about arches in the exercise I mean something like the mcdonalds arch where focusing out the outer upward and the to the center where they meet.

I’ve seen glimpses of psychic ability when doing this exercise. I focus in on flashes of lights while my eyes are closed, focus in…then open to see that someone was walking across the street in the exact spot the color was, etc, etc and so on.

I knew when my trolley was going to be there today without the schedule. Which was comforting because it was a rainy cold and miserable day but fun to think psychic.
