There Is Love
Track 1 of this year's RPM album. I liked the loop, and came up with the fuzzy guitar, but didn't like any of the lyrics I came up with for it. So, that's that!

Out of Control
Track 2 of the 2010 RPM album. Keen listeners might note that the background guitar loop is actually the same loop as in Static, but sped up considerably. The finest 1980's technology went into making... (more)

Resident Expert
Track 3 from this year's RPM album. Song 2 in a growing list of songs about John Hodgman, author, resident expert of the Daily Show, and minor television personality.

A Storm is Coming
Track 4 of the 2010 RPM album. Written during one of the two consecutive weekends I was snowed in. Is there anything more frustrated than being snowed in on the weekends but being able to escape to get to work Monday-Friday?

Carry On
Track 5 from the 2010 RPM album. Not a whole lot to say, it was kind of my attempt to capture a Ride vibe. The initial guitar part didn't really work, so I scrapped it, kept the bass and worked up what you hear here.

Waves
Track 7 of the 2010 RPM album. As I kept writing I noticed a lot of the songs seemed to be indirectly/directly related to radios. This was one of the ones that definitely was written with that in mind.

Siren's Song
So, this is the long version... the actual version is about 35 second shorter, but I can't find it right now. In fact, the last 35 seconds were cut because I didn't like some of the notes I chose, and I felt it was dragging for an instrumental.

Farewell
The final track of the 2010 RPM album. A wall of noise representing that, keeping with the theme of the album, radio has taken control.
