7th Son
Norm
A single track of improvised chromatically tuned congas in 7/8, accented with clave, guiro, cajon and quinto.
(For those who may be interested in collaborating on this, the triplet phrasing of this groove may be most easily counted like this: “1 2 3 4 5 6 1 2 3 4 5 6 sev-en” - at least that’s how I hear it.)
7/8 160bpm.
Oh Baby! Those beats are Freaking Sexy!! Real drums as well! Djembe?? Rules bro!!! I only have a chance at a fake one for my tracks.... This is SUBLIME!!!
D'ya know, I think I like this the best so far. Your tracks are all so precise, but this one has the edge. Yeah, what about the video, let's see yer dimples twitching!
