my contribution to this years RPM Christmas Challenge,,, the song first appeared in 1943 in the film “Meet me in Saint Louis” sung in a great sceen by Judy Garland,,,, written by H. Martin and R. Blane,,, it’s sort of a beautifully sad song for hard times,, much like now,, there is a great clip of Ms Garland singing the song in the move on youtube should you like to see
