Another in my series of experiments with the Reaktor ensemble Metaphysical Function.

I used two instances of Metaphysical Function to generate a soundscape that was bounced to audio, chopped up, and re-arranged.

The whole thing was rather dense and top-edged so I used EQ on all the parts (unusual for me) to try and create some space. At Sudara’s suggestion I heavily EQ’d the HF in the Metaphysical Function parts.

I’m not entirely satisfied with this track, it was kind of going somwhere and then I feel I lost my way. Consider this a waypoint, hopefully heading somewhere good, and maybe I’ll come back and finish it in the future.
