Ooo! (I'm listening to your stuff while typing emails in another window), suddenly this jumps out at me.
One of my favourite songs EVER. Mainly for the verses - I always find the chorus really difficult to do effectively, and I sometimes wonder if it lets the thing down a bit.
But I reckon you've managed to pull it off and make it work :-)

What happened after too much time on youtube watching live vids of "voodoo chile" Noisy obnoxious and very cathartic for me! Live to 2tracks with the Jamman
Gene has done a superb job with the music and the mix ....i had the easy job of singing it...bought back a lot of memories of youth and Motorbikes hoe you enjoy as much a s we did doing it..........
Having more fun with Hendrix. I tried to stay true to the original as far as using no overdubs. Just one guitar, bass, drum and vocal track. Kind of used a mix approach and used a bit from the record and a bit from his live performance in Winterland…
Great cover...kinda know where he's coming from, though more recently manic depression has been re-labelled a bipolar bear syndrome!:-)Oh yes, there's a song in that, I just haven't recorded it...yet!

It was meant to be a full band pop-rock song. But I started overdubbing on the original exploratory demo I'd done to work out the arrangement (with no click track). I kept coming back to it intending to start afresh... but…

When it was half written yesterday, I was considering binning it as a throwaway exercise - I do that quite often. But I played the songwriting demo to someone else and, er, apparently I should finish…
I like, I like this song! Great vibe, lyrics...your wife must be lovely. And the lyrics here so I can sing along confidently...great for twiddling along to on guitar too!;-)

This has probably the least effert i've ever put into a song , i was sat at my computer falling asleep , when i had the urge to sing this beautiful George Harrison song , i could'nt be asked to get up and change guitars , so using my PRS Singlecut…
