Battle Song of Love

Alt Part:
Seems like ages since I’ve seen the battlefield of love. Do the stars still shine as brightly in the heavens up above? Disuse has rusted all my lances and my spears. Do I remember how to fight or have I grown far too austere? Last time the duel raged I thought I did the breaking. After so many years away it’s my heart that’s still aching. Is it even worth my time to lead a new crusade? Shields protect us from deadly weapons but can’t make words unsaid.

You hide inside your castle, behind walls made of stone, crafting cunning battle plans from your solitary throne. Heartstrings snap as Cupid’s arrows blot out the sun. Rivers run red with broken hearts till I find the one

Chorus:
Now surrender. My troops are at your gate. Wave the pure white flag of peace and open up ‘fore it’s too late. Another battle calls from distant, foreign shores. Must I go on alone forever and fight these endless wars? Though blackened by dragon fire and cut by vorpal steel, hidden beneath my jagged armor is a heart that still can feel.

A long stem rose annihilates your entire cavalry. All your naval forces sunk by sappy poetry. A simple box of chocolates will crush your defensive line. Infantry laid to waste by flowers and some wine
