I just adore the pipes. I'm going to get a set one of these days. I wish it was longer. Heart felt none the less.

Pro Tip: No amount of multi take recording features will fix it when you're flat/sharp on *all* of the takes. Based on a true story. Lyrics: There's something wrong in the world today I just can't believe it I just can't believe it It's the…

A cappella. Beautiful. really. Good tip too. I have a bad habit of recording over, and keeping flat tracks thinking I might cover it up. Silly me. Oh, and buy used books. The notes are already in the margin :)

Scratching out a lovely melody here...and JUST how foxy do you sound, girl?!

You know that joke about the brick ambient synthesizer (http://possecrewensemble.com/as606/)? Yeah, I totally used that thing on this song.

Soundtrack to a first sweet kiss.

My attempt at writing actual ambient music. The jury's still out on whether there's enough variance to keep the piece going.

Makes me think of rush hour. Love how you keep mixing it up! (And your "about" descriptions are always marvellous!)

Based on a true story. If you listen closely, you can hear me drop a half note over the course of the song. Apparently, I flounder without a pitch reference.

Another voice! What an amazing girl you are. And if that's floundering, I would say you don't have much to worry about!

I am not BT, so no rain drops were quantized in this production. Storm was recorded last night on my Tascam DR-07 (with wind filter and limiter). Just a simple piano improv. That of course had to be tweaked far out of the improv stage.

I think it's too repetitive. The bass is too harsh. The beats are stale. Don't agree with me though. :)

Makes me think of squirrels plotting against each other. I believe this goes on, so it's good it has a soundtrack now. This project is brilliant. I don't know how you do it.

I'm convinced that composing/recording daily is the best way to really find out if a DAW fits your workflow. And I think Ableton Live nailed its final nail in the coffin for me tonight. See, if I weren't writing so much, so quickly, I would be…

So I still hate Ableton Live with a passion for anything piano related. But things seem to go better if I head straight to arrangement view once I'm out of the improvising stage and do my recording there, rather than trying to think that session…
