Whackbirds

Recorded for the 2009 RPM Challenge, this is a collection of songs about mental illness. This album seems to be a favorite among my friends.

In case you are wondering, the title “Whackbirds” actually came first. I had decided to try to write songs “backwards” from the way I usually do, by starting with the lyrics. Of course, it being RPM I ended up just doing whatever worked, but I kept the silly title anyway.
