13 years since my last RPM album and a minor miracle if you ask me. In some ways it’s two EPs. Bringing together new songs with songs written for the 2018 RPM which were abandoned and locked in a chest at the back of a cupboard in a below-decks room on a clipper ship which sank off the coast of Hy Brazil while en route to the promised land. A mandolin was destroyed! The laptop blew up! A new mandolin was discovered and recovered. I had to learn to play instruments again. And sing! I lost focus some days and went to work! And sometimes the wrong side of dawn was seen when I should have been resting my ears. All vocals and most of the instruments were recorded this year during February. The ukelele part was recorded February ’18. Cover (photo by Rosie) and Title submitted, two minutes before the deadline!
