I created this from the eight drones submitted in the Record Every Month Discord group’s Drone Orchestra collaboration for July 2025, with the chosen key of A minor. It included one of mine which I made by playing one minute of slow alto recorder, run through my Deluge synth in a preset that took in the audio, pitch corrected it, and created a unison of an additional two voices pitched up and down an octave. It also added reverb and delay. Then I stretched it out to 5:15 in Audacity. I used the envelope tool quite a bit, and spread things out in the stereo field, but otherwise left the drones as they were, with just a couple of harsh clicks removed. I think it turned out really cool.
