Carnet De Voyage is a weekly radio show on the WICV, Maryland Institute College of Art Radio!

Every Wed. 8pm-9:00pm Eastern //Carnet De Voyage is a program that tours the world through milieus of music. Based on the French term for travel journals, each week we play musicians from around the globe. Transnational, trans-cultural, trans-genre, translated; we acknowledge the breadth of world’s diversity through a sampling of its sound. And to top it off, each week we end with a poem or quote from an international artist. Our sentiments are best summarized with such a reading, from Chilean poet Pablo Neruda::

“He who does not travel, who does not read, who does not listen to music, who does not find grace in himself, she who does not find grace in herself, dies slowly.”
