ACS fraud prank

I received a call today from a a guy with a heavy Indian accent named “Slyvester Black” from ACS, a debt collections agency. They were looking for my friend Toby who they said owed money on a loan he had taken out. They wanted a credit card # to settle the debt at $380.00 or else Toby was going to jail and then he’d have to pay thousands.

We asked some questions and realized pretty quickly that this was a scam. So we called them back acting as if we were going to pay them, trying to get some evidence on them (which we turned in the State Attorney General’s Office). After that we decided to prank call them, this is that call:
