The anime series Elfen Lied was a great thriller like anime. It’s story elements were superb, and the cast was amazing. but what really gets me is the main theme, often heard as a music box in the story as a pivotal story element. a few facts from the anime and the song.

• The lyrics are LATIN.
• The singer is Kumiko Noma.
• “ Elfen Lied “ is German and means: “ Elf song “ “ Elfenlied “ as one word would be the correct form.
• The series are named after the German poem “ Elfenlied “ by Eduard Mörike.
• The series has 13 Episodes and one OVA, which is also called “Episode 10.5”
• The original manga has 107 chapters.
• The anime just covers the first 71 chapters of the original manga, so it has a different ending then the manga, who goes a lot further.
• “ Lilium “ is Latin and means: “ Lily “ ( not the name, the flower )
• The song is written by Kayo Konishi and Yukio Kondō.
• Some parts of the lyrics are from the bible.

My mix might be enjoyed, some might diss it, after all why fix something that isn’t broken. Point is, I made a reprisal of Lilium and I enjoyed doing it.
