(written for BC) For #REM May. I woke up early and this just wrote itself. Have been really kicking things into a new gear recently. Grateful for this new chapter.

I've been resting for three days now. Still able to write a few songs, so I'm not complaining! I realized how much I've just been going going going. Universe telling me to take a break in a very big way. Self care, check.

(written for BC) I wrote this after completing clean up of two large art displays honoring Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls. This work is ceremony. I wanted to also reflect as this Pride Month seems even more special this year…
