Walking alone in nature’s garden when you caught my eye.
Spinning slow circle under the sky… Red Butterfly.
Instantly I was captivated, spending the hours watching you fly about.
Day turns to night, night turns to day and still I can’t seem to turn away. Standing in place, not wanting to say goodbye.

After all this time, I still find I think about that magic moment on the mountainside. Somewhere in my mind I realize I nearly left it all behind to bear witness to the secrets underneath this great blue sky and the beauty of this life.
But, all I’ve worked for, all I support, all I adore… when dream and day collide, I couldn’t watch it all die.
