This actually started with a recording of the photographer Weegee talking about being a news photographer, then I stretched it about 800%, overlaid 20 stretched, chopped & skewed copies, added a Sheppard Tone, ran them through several phazers, ran that through pitch shifted echo effects frontwards & backwards, then a Mutron, several effects that model record & tape warping, and an LFO controlled amp mod.
