15 y/o teen from the neighbourhood comes in and brings some piano chords and a vocal melody

Remembering this little tune from my childhood, I sang it for my five year old son.

I sang and played this for the birthday of my love. The guitars had to be windows-rattling loud to get the sustained notes. The vocals were hard to nail, but this was to be expected. Big shoes to fill. Came out ok, I guess.
