I am one of those people you hear about who had a NDE [near death experience]. I had been left alone in a dark hospital room to die, with various machines hooked up to my body beeping like crazy. But the nurse right outside never once looked in on me because the head nurse [a true Nurse Ratchet of the Highest Order] had warned her I was able to fend for myself. So, I died, or at least thought I died. In the vision, I , became aware of a presence [God?] and the two of us decided it was not yet the End Of TIme for me.
