The singing here is terrible but it is a fun dance and not a bad tune. There is a YouTube video which also has links to another guitar instruction video.

This manages to build up quite a head of steam from a very basic melody.

I would never play or lead this dance any longer. But I know some people will like it. It contrasts what are thought of as male and female names for the divine Unity - as if something as vast as the divine would have any limited characteristic.
