I tried to combine an 80's sounding theme with a modern rhythm.

I started this from a line in a poem that I wrote a long time ago. I like that part of the phrase a lot so I thought I would try and add music to the mood I was looking for.

I tried to experiment with changing the mood in the chorus versus the verse, and the bridge. Kind of like speeding up and slowing down a little bit.
