All Day with You

Verse 1:
Weary from the day’s work, sitting alone in my quiet place—
It may not be much, but to me this is home.
I’ve been through the fire; been backstabbed, betrayed, and lied about,
Yet I found my strength in the One above.

Pre-Chorus:
When the world despised me without a cause,
And I wept in silence behind closed doors;
I cried out for help, and Father, You heard my call,
You came to my side and would not let my tears fall.

Chorus:
Hello, Father, I just want to thank You for this day.
Thank You for Your new love each day—I know I’m never alone;
You hold my trembling hands all day and tell me it’s okay. (2x)

The world may seem to care, but it’s empty and cold;
Only in You, Lord, do I find true joy.
You guide me through the storm, O compassionate Lord,
