Here's My Heart

Here’s My Heart.
Intro:
You are my secret place, my faithful refuge;
My strength, my shield, my only hope, O Lord.
Verse 1:
You shamed the world upon the Cross of loss,
With arms opened wide, You made Your mercy call:
“Come unto Me, My child — I paid it all.
Dry your eyes, My child — go now, sin no more.”
Pre-Chorus:
Through Your blood, access to the Father was won;
You broke the chains that once bound us all.
Receive our praise — You alone we adore;
Accept our hearts; let Your will be done.
Chorus:
Have my heart, take my all — here’s my heart, Lord.
I surrender to You, Lord; take my all.
I’ll worship You, O my God — here’s my heart, Lord.
King of kings, have my heart; take my all.
Verse 2:
They lie in wait, anticipating my fall.
They dug a grave, but it became their own.
They sealed my road with boulders thick and tall,
But Lord, You bore my weight and claimed me as Your own.
Pre-Chorus:
You said, “Press on, My dear child—
Don’t turn, don’t look behind,”
While the wicked choke within their snare.
You said, “Fix your gaze on what is divine.”
