Wah or Yaw?

This is what it sounds like when every note has its own wah pedal…

The lower and higher harmonics come in first, with the inside ones filling in, harmonic by harmonic every 20ms. The result is a very human-ish Yaw sound on low notes (check out the last note for example).

Very short notes don’t get around to opening up those middle harmonics, so the result is a very shimmery fluffy sound (see the last bit before the end).
