This is a calming and meditative piece for flute.

I write most of my flute pieces by creating one to five themes or motifs then create variations on them. I never write down the piece itself rather I place my list of themes, motifs and variation in front of me and them improvise off of them. I usually have a complex chord droning in the background. I then use Audacity to cleanup the audio and Kristal Audio Engine to arrange it and add some basic effects. Both Audacity and Kristal Audio Engine are Freeware. Almost every flute piece I make is created this way.
