When your job involves responding to trouble calls, there's always that one that you could potentially get that you just dread.. and when it happens, it ruins your whole week.

A friend forwarded me a voicemail they had received, so I did this. Contains the f word.

Fortunately, there's software out there that assists with analyzing the results from the hours and hours of field recordings.

I threw a bunch of random samples together and made a song.

Used it to come up with the main loop on this while stuck overnight in LaCrete, Alberta.

It has been neglected for years, and is now hosting a sentient fungus infection...

I couldn't think of a better name, sorry.

Been feeling a wee bit pessimistic lately.. I don't know, maybe I'm just a Gloomy Gus and everything's fine...
