i didn't think that this had uploaded last night so it was a nice surprise to see the four lovely comments :) thank you... its hard to describe what this is about...a very personal moment...sometimes it replays in my memories...

inspired by the master of the dark who happens to be my bandmate in The Grave Dominion... i wanted to write something dark and haunting...something that took its time but had an urgency about it too...

arrow down hill is the name of one of my favourite bands - and the dude is one of my dear friends...i wrote this on his birthday...so its my tribute to his great musicianship...didn't start out that way...just happened...and so it became 'arrow…

haven't been writing too much recently and this began...i wanted a strong drone behind the melody and a glitch to fill the spaces...its quite a sad piece...

a song written for someone - he is the monster in my thoughts...there is another version of this song which will be uploaded to myspace...

no story to tell...was experimenting with a few things - this is the 'drum' version - a naked version of this can be heard on myspace...the drum samples are pitchshifted almost to oblivion...the title came about by accident...

a sinister violence...a quiet violence...the violence of tears...the violence of sorrow...the violence of hurt, distrust, betrayal...the violence of loss, coping, longing...the violence in my heart.........

experimenting as i usually do...messing with pitchshifting...there's a part that almost disorientates you...i really like the way this turned out.........

i had the idea of having a strong drum track through something...a drum track that built up through the track...but then i started to mess with the track and ended up with three different versions that i am rather attached to...other versions…

i have come to realize that i don't need his guidance anymore.........

this is the alternate version of this song...its a song in three indistict parts: 1. owned by none, 2. loved by all, 3. shunned by time it originally started life as a different song...there was something else layered but the song didn't work…

Backyard Ghost sent me something to work on...i added my own touch and arranged it...i sent it to him and he added another of his touches and rearranged it and You've Had My Tears is the end result...we both love this collaboration...expect more…

Mark Bradley sent me something to work on...it started out as one song then changed into two separate songs...Running To Exile is built around what Mark sent me and we are both happy with what i came up with.........

an experiment...and a new lesson...another stage in my evolution...i am constantly evolving myself...

i saw a dead bumblebee on the ground...it inspired me...this is kind of an experimental song...i like to try out new things and push through my own evolution...

just experimenting around and stumbled upon something i could work with...
