Hi, everyone!

Got an idea earlier this week. Wrote it, produced it. Here it is. “Blood is Red”. Why that name? Because it needed a name, so there ya go!

Been dealing with a lot of personal issues last several months. Prior to that, had recorded a lot of tracks for twenty songs. Life gets in the way, you lose your spirit, you still have to pay the bills. The music goes on the back burner. This track is a glimmer of musical hope for me. I really enjoyed the basic chord progression over a basic beat. Then, I just broke those chords down further to build on the foundation and a catchy little flute lead on D with a walk up from G.

Simple stuff, but it made me really happy recording it and making it sound nice.
