Old Rooms

This short thing is the earliest guitar composition of mine that I can still remember how to play.
Original composition date unknown, although I’m pretty sure I played this at the old house we used to live in - so composition must have taken place before March 1992.
The opening cadence is an obvious rip-off of the Accept song “Breaking up Again” from the 1981 album Breaker, and the finger placement is taken directly from Beatles’ “Blackbird”. I probably played around trying to learn those songs and unwittingly stumbled across something new.
This version was played on a simple steel 6-string, tuned two steps down to D.
I really enjoyed listening to your latest batch of music. It brought to to places I wasn't expecting on a work day...melancholy places of my youth. Thank you for that.
