This album represents some of the ups and downs of 2025 while I reflected on my relationship with dreams and fantasy throughout my life. I have some degree of hyperphantasia, which allows me to visualize things quite vividly. This can be a wonderful thing when I’m in nature, feeling good with the sun is shining, but it can also a very difficult thing when dealing with PTSD in the dark, gloomy days of winter in trying times.
