An imprint in the sand
Capricious as a summer storm
As fickle as the wind

Tell me who you are
And what you want from me
I need to know how far we’ll go
Before you turn and flee

Do you want to stay?
Or do you want to leave?
Why can’t you just say some words,
Some words I can believe?
