Waferthin theme. Was ment to be more of a dance track but quickly changed into this. Gave me the chance at least to use my cheapass lap steel guitar for something other than murdering Amazing Grace or Sweet Hour of Prayer. And I also used my way…
This track is all about me trying to learn music production techniques. So I threw just about everything at this track, compression, equalization, automation, ducking, limiting, so much so that my DAW began to protest and have momentary breakdowns…
Thanks!
I posted a song here a while ago, and right after I did I was fumbling around with it on the computer, and it turned out I could have made it sound twice as good as it did if I just changed a couple of simple things. That pissed me off so much I promised myself I would make a real effort to finish the next track to a higher standard.

So I bought this TD3 when it came out, because I loved that gritty acid sound, and I fiddled about with it for a while, but then it just sat there in its box in the corner of the room, giving me the side-eye whenever I came in, and shouting at…
Discovered my DAW has a MIDI pattern generator, with which I am able to generate a arpeggiator pattern. I then ran a patch on my Novation Xiosynth through it, called GrapefruitDream, which is a patch that itself is arpeggiated. So you get an arp…
