Work on my RPM Challenge 2023 was interrupted halfway through by a sudden and unexpected health issue. I spent a long weekend in the ER / hospital with limited gear and a lot of questions. Shout out to the wife for delivering my iPad and MIDI keyboard, as well as the poke bowl that provided me with chopstick drumsticks.
I’ll bounce back, but this sank my chances of finishing a full LP for the challenge. Hope you enjoy what I was able to scrape together using samples from around the hospital room, Ableton Note for iOS, and a quick mix and master once I got home.
