Born and raised in Houston, Texas, 18 year old Icon has lived and breathed music since he was a young boy. Growing up he was captivated by all genres of music ranging from country, to rock, to hip hop. It was not until he reached Junior High School that Icon recognized his true passion for hip hop music. As a 6th grade student Icon began writing his first songs and laying down his first musical tracks and has since dedicated his life to music.
