Opening the Presents

A friend told me a story of a rich man who bought all the products from a failing hardware store and kept it in his tool shed in the backyard. When my friend was instructed to grab a tool from the tool shed he was taken back by the amount of unopened packages that, aside from the dust, were in perfect condition.

Such a great word picture that has vastly impacted me. I will not allow the dust of time to gather on the gifts God has given to me. That story has inspired this tune.
