I Built Myself A Wall

This is a redo of “I’ve Made Myself A Wall”, from the 2009 24 hour challenge on Alonetone.

I thought the original version was a little bland, so I wanted to take a stab at breathing some fresh life into it.

For my last RPM Challenge album, somebody had remarked I didn’t really use any vocal harmony, so I wanted to give that a try here as well. (The end result is a pretty deranged barbershop quartet sort of effect.)

FreeSound samples used, largely for the percussion. (The “Doo” sound also comes from Freesound contributor ‘Digifishmusic’.)
