Great Texas Blues song.I like the fact that a classic blues tune like this was written right here in East Texas. These songs are truly part of the history of this area, trains still run the tracks, but not nearly as important nowadays to the people…

Another trip through the Reichatron. This time I caught a groove that I wasn't gonna let go.

One of the first rounds my mom taught me. We sang this for hours as the family paddled down rivers, hiked mountains, and sailed the ocean blue.

Jamming at Carol Ann's New Year's Eve party. There were seven hammered dulcimers, harmonicas, violin, mountain dulcimer, guitar, banjo. They were playing fast and loud, "getting the slow Christmas music out of our system".

I have always loved this haunting, lovely song. A family favorite to be sung before drifting off to sleep.
