This track is off of the third CD. The title directly reflects the technique that I used which I call Thumbing. Essentially I play by slapping my thumb against the strings. Similar to what bass players have doing for many years. I love the percussive sound that it makes. Recorded with my Huss and Dalton MJC in open D tuning
