When I was young I'd crank up my old raggedy Harley, look up my buddies, get some beer, and go looking for girls with questionable morals. Now that I'm old I seldom go on group rides … but as the song says, I never ride alone.

A Christian musician who worked with inmates at a juvenile prison told me a lot of these people had never heard a Bible story … much less of Jesus. I decided then to start doing more spiritual tunes.

A memory from my first year in high school. There was this cute girl who wore a mini-skirt (which put a 15-year old boy in a world of hurt). She's was friendly, but always surrounded by guys who also liked mini-skirts, so I never got to know her.
