Years ago I was in Houston to take a physical for a job. While downtown I noticed a bunch of fine looking women hanging around a plaza. I guess they were paralegals, secretaries or business women taking a break. The view was spectacular.

I lived in the Red River area of north Texas just south of Lake Texoma for many years. It's a growing area, like most of Texas now, but at one time it was the best kept secret in the state. Also the latest addition to the Cheap Peavey Blues.

Another Cheap Peavey Blues' piece. I really don't have the rhythm or voice for blues, but I enjoy listening to it and writing my own.

I found this one while I was digging through the shoe-box for the 1994 songs. Apparently I wrote it on 10th November 1995. Foolishly, I thought it would only take a week or so to record... I was originally expecting to post it on the 17th August…

When my kids were babies, my Dad always used to hum a little tune when he was carrying them and trying to settle them down... it's the sweetest, lilting sound, I've hummed it all my life, always thinking of my Dad when it was in my head. I've…

Here's a song that battled me for quite awhile... so I am glad to say I've gotten it recorded. Still rough from my home studio, but trying out a few additional things on my keyboard to round out the sound around the ukulele. Thanks for listening…

This song was inspired for all of us who've cycled through a relationship or two.... My dear friends Greg Connor and Mark Lofgren of the infamous MN Coffee Table helped bring it to life with Greg on Banjo and Mark on Lead Guitar. Both of them…

I liked the lyrics but couldn't come up with a chord run I liked. I've got an old Peavey amp I rescued from a barn and a cheap foreign made Peavey guitar that had a broken plastic nut. I made a steel nut for it and use the guitar and amp for…
