Dont wanna be alone
Gilbert Neilson
1st of 10 “Off the cuff” songs I wrote just before the great flood.
I haven’t really had a chance to work on any but this one. This is different than the rest of them. All I did was turn on a drum machine and played and sang what ever popped into my head. The finished song is lyrically different than the original but the structure and melody are basically the same.
1 guitar and bass and drums.
I used a few loops here and there (percussion).
1 small guitar loop on the 2nd chorus.
Song Lyrics:
No one want’s to be alone
You need someone to call your own
When your far far a way from home
don’t want to be alone
no one wants to cry out loud
As for me well I know how
and you can put it down to being proud.
no one wants to cry out loud
You can say it’s human nature
Well maybe your right
But no one cares what you call it when your feeling this way.
in the long lonely night.
No one wants to be alone
No one wants to be alone
Sometimes hermits on their hermit throne
They don’t wanna be alone
You can say it’s human nature
Well maybe your right
But no one cares what you call it when your feeling this way.
in the long lonely night.
No one wants to be alone
Sittin by the telephone
so have a heart and call me here at home.
don’t like be alone
Great pick-me-up music. (And I played this along side "Nightbird" by rdegive by accident, and it sounded awesome with a birdsong backdrop.)
