Things Must Change
jiguma
This is a song from a year or so again - from my CD “jiguma dreaming”. It features Alf Solti on keys, Thor Oliversen on lead guitar, Anne Cozean and Jan Porter on backing vox, and me on Fender precision bass, Telecaster, Seagull acoustic, vocals and midi drums.
Its about generational differences - a parent reaching exasperation with a teenage son/daughter. We’ve all been there in one way or another :)
oh yeah i have 2 bass orientated tunes on my gentle playlist water at ortigal and bass blah slow cooling chilled relaxing...
hey dude great tune totalyy understand my daughter is a teenager living in another country with mum and is currently not answering her phone or my emails...exasperation is right ! keep making tunes like this it has made me feel better num
Awesome! What a cool collaboration. I really like the dynamics throughout the song. I really dug what my parents listened to, and it has helped shaped my music (although you wouldn't be able to tell from some of my influences). Post some more tunes!
Glad to see you on here Neil! This is a tasty track Neil (especially the guitar). My only complaint is that I would tone back the cymbal crashes a little bit. The backing vocals are great and so are the keys. Post some more songs Neil!
