Michael Hedges who left us in 1997 has been on my mind lately. He was a long time influence and for several years I worked in a solo acoustic guitar format in his spirit. Last night I was inspired to play and improvised this rough with him in mind.

Said goodbye to my oldest son little bit ago. He's on a 2 year stinct teaching English in Japan. Was home for a visit, headed back tonight for his second year. Nice to have him home, sad on leaving as always.
