Recorded on my laptop in a hotel room 750+ miles from home. Programmed drums. Bought the guitar (a blue Alhoon) from a pawn shop when I arrived, then sold it back before I left. Worked out to about $2.45/day to “rent” it, and I didn’t have to fly with it or ship it back and forth. (“Pawn Shop Guitar” was the working theme for the album, before “Work Trip” came along…)
