Very relaxing indeed....Eoin has a lovely voice and within seconds I was feeling the changes in my body and mind. It's such a shame that this year I am away from Dublin, but I still check your web and receive emails regularly with lovely messages, which is really nice and keeps me in touch until I go back to Dublin. Thanks very much for putting so many things together for to help us get the best of us :-)
