Laveau, (born Jeffery A Arnold) is an American musician, producer and live performance artist; originally from Albany, NY, now residing in Hoboken, NJ. Laveau’s sound is a blend of Electronica, Hip-Hop, Drum and Bass and Jazz; mixing heavy percussion, deep bass grooves, layered sounds, a mix of unique samples and from time to time atmospheric or rhythmic vocals. For Laveau’s live show he uses a variety of programs; from Logic Pro to Ableton, MIDI controllers, microphones and occasionally guest artists. Considered to be a “Musical Martial Artist” by producers and artists alike, Laveau continues to study the art and craft of sound.
