Sometimes a joke gets out of hand. This one is some combination of many many MANY inside jokes from the group on the RPMChallenge slack group, aka Conference of Mayors or Church of England, depending on the project.
The shortest version is that Jarrett was feeding a number of those inside jokes involving Kenny Loggins, donkeys, and being at sea into AI image generators. One of the things it output is the album art for this song, and that became the inspiration for this very odd tune.
Aside from that, have I mentioned that I like the Pixies? I do. Like A LOT.
