The verses in this song alternate being about my best friend when I was a little kid, and my best friend at the time I wrote it. I thought it was brave and artsy at the time. Then I grew up. :)

This is about somebody moving from an unhappy place to a happy place. The happy place happens to be a rain forest. This is a true story. The end.
