Stroke of luck finding this effect when I loaded a higher pitched and faster stretched sample of my guitar doing a harmonic and loaded it into Fruity Convolver plugin. Woohoo!

found out it works even better with a bass. Threw this one up here to showcase to some people that could possibly write a vst plugin that would do all this in one.
