An old recording from 1997 done on a Tascam 4 track. Converted to digital from casette so the recording is warbly in spots. I am currently working on some new songs so I decided to throw so oldies but baddies out there.

If "Jenny Blue" is the closer, and "Shrinking Violet" is the outro, then this is the postlude to the outro. The only track I played in real-time on from beginning to end. (No idea how I managed to pull that off..)

After hearing people day in and day out wish for the weekend, I felt the need to write a song to remind them that they were essentially wishing their life away. This music is funk/blues with a Meters feel.
